Signifi app for iPhone and iPad

Signifi is a social app to prevent sexual assaults. Users can sign in with their Facebook accounts and add their friends on Facebook who also have signed up on Signifi. Signifi makes use of iPhone’s GPS and pushing notification functions. There are currently three statuses in Signifi, the users can press one of three buttons depends how they feel, and one notification will send to either all of their friends or the friends they selected, so that their friends can ask them how they doing or even help users call the emergency depends on which state the users are. The users friends can also check the users personally by sending a request for updating and users will receive a notification of the request. As users turn on the GPS switch, the users’ friends will be able to see users location and current status. By clicking on each of the friends row, the users can have a look at the status history over the past three days so that the users can have a clearer idea how their friends doing. This app let friends can take care of each other and allows the users to look for help they feel uneasy.
